At The Old Rickhouse, we work with a variety of trusted brands to deliver your gear directly to you. Because of this, shipping times and methods may vary by product.

Processing & Delivery

• Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, though exact times may vary by brand.

• Shipping speeds depend on the carrier and location. Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days once shipped.

• You may receive multiple shipments if your order includes products from different brands.

Shipping Rates

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

• Occasionally, products may qualify for free shipping — this will be noted on the product page.

Tracking Your Order

• Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

• If you order items from multiple brands, you may receive more than one tracking number.

International Shipping

• At this time, Kodiak Outfitters ships to addresses within the United States only. (We plan to expand in the future.)

Issues With Delivery

• If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@theoldrickhouse.com . We’ll work with the brand and the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
